House Hunters be like... Kitchen needs updating!

We've done alot of home renovations over the last 25 years. Some were just to update to sell, others were for our "forever" home. Some were minor fix 'er up, others were complete gut.

Kitchen upgrade: 67% of value recovered from the project. Bathroom renovation: 71% of value recovered from the project. Hardwood flooring refinish: 147% of value recovered from the project.

Homeowners look to their realtor for help. This kitchen remodel was down to the studs in a 1920's lake home. We did try to keep as much of the integrity of the uniqueness of the homes charm. Refinished the original wood floors, the cottage style windows. It was a very challenging renovation to say the least. Loved our maple countertops!
